 Tea Liquid Color 
The most important is to evaluate the color of tea and the form of Tea leaves before and after brewing,
The tea leaves should return to natural shape with no crumbling or fragments,
The tea liquid should gradually turn from light to deeper color, clear and translucent and never foggy or dark black. 

 Fragrance
The aroma of Puerh should be pleasant and forestry, each type of Puerh tea differs in profile.  Fresh tea leaves contain 0.03%~0.05% of fragrant material,
After skilled old fermentation skills gradually increasing and elevating the fragrant material slowly creating the most exciting smell!
